Become a Part of Buttermonkey Vintage’s Legacy
Buttermonkey is
FOR SALE
Unfortunately I (Jesse) am needed to care for family out of state and am looking for a person to come in and love on Buttermonkey (and be it’s new monarch!)
The space is beloved and the ideal person would be motivated to take what we’ve begun and make it flourish.
Don’t worry, Buttermonkey Vintage is still open and we have upcoming events as well as our usual quirky finds until we find the right predecessor.
Does this sound like you?!
Let’s chat!

Growth & Expansion Opportunities
-
Future online growth is a strong possibility.
Developing a dedicated e-commerce platform and utilizing digital marketing could unlock access to a wider global market for its unique offerings, representing a significant, currently underutilized, avenue for revenue expansion. Shipping pickup available inside the building.
-
The dedicated space lends itself perfectly to an expanded schedule of arts and community workshops and classes. This not only generates additional revenue streams but also further solidifies Buttermonkey as a vital community arts hub.
-
The adaptable nature of the 4200 sq ft space allows for strategic shifts in focus. A new owner could easily scale the retail component, lean further into arts and education, or find the perfect balance to maximize profitability and community impact.
-
The included parking lot offers a unique opportunity to host outdoor events such as local artist or makers markets. These events would draw increased visibility, attract new customers, and further promote the space as a center for creativity and community engagement.
